Based on food experiences and how they can be improved through design thinking and application.

My initial inspiration came from the traditional Japanese tea ceremony and how it was a routine activity of importance in daily Japanese culture.

I then pulled aspects of the ceremony into the modern coffee making and drinking activity.

This product set features components made from compressed coffee grounds and locally sourced timber.
